  • If you or any of your family members have had thyroid cancer, especially medullary thyroid cancer or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2

  • If you are allergic to exenatide or any of the ingredients in BYDUREON

  • If you have severe problems with your stomach, such as slow emptying of your stomach (gastroparesis) or problems digesting food

  • If you have or have had kidney problems, or have had a kidney transplant
